We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flook The Label purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
